Katie is a coaching culture strategist who believes that great leadership grows from within an organisation, through clarity, connection and the courage to build capability internally instead of buying it in. With 20 years of experience across financial services and organisational development, including 12 years working globally in Singapore, she has led one of the most recognised internal coaching transformations in the region.

As Global Head of Team Ignite at Standard Chartered Bank, Katie scaled the coaching programme from 9 volunteer coaches to more than 250 ICF accredited coaches across 35 countries, supporting over 3,000 employees and generating more than $1.35 million in benchmarked savings every year. Her career also spans Commonwealth Bank and IBM, giving her a direct line of sight into how coaching capability has to be built inside complex, regulated organisations.

Katie is a Senior Associate at Hoffmann Reed and continues to run Ignite Coaching Culture, designing and scaling internal coaching capability rather than defaulting to generic external delivery. Known for turning informal coaching into a structured, measurable capability, her style is warm, direct and commercially grounded — connecting equally well with senior sponsors and the coaches doing the work.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources, and an ICF Associate Certified Coach credential.
