Stuart is a highly experienced consultant providing expert services from analysis through to delivery and improvement. He has held senior roles within Aurizon, JJ Richards and Toll, as well as successfully building his own management consulting business, gaining significant experience leading and managing special projects, business and investment cases for new ventures, and system and process transformation.

Stuart has covered many industries but has very extensive experience in logistics and supply chain, spanning road, rail, ports and warehousing. He has transformed businesses through the introduction of new or improved transport management, warehouse management, inventory management, and supply chain management systems and processes.

He is motivated to help businesses make improved decisions through evidence, analysis and modelling, and to improve performance by measuring and targeting what really matters — because what you can't measure, you can't manage.

Stuart is passionate about ensuring the right structures and processes are established, the right risk management analysis is conducted to protect investments, and requirements analysis is performed with the right translation to solution designs, so projects are set up for success.
