Sarah Nelson-Jonas is a Partner in Hoffmann Reed’s Transformation Advisory practice, specialising in people and culture strategy and large-scale organisational change.

Her career spans executive advisory roles across commercial and public sector organisations, with a focus on translating strategic intent into business performance with people at the centre. Sarah designs and leads transformation programmes that address operating models end-to-end — from policy and process to leadership capability and culture. Her work regularly intersects with complex capital assets, government reform, and financial performance, bringing operational rigour to human-centred change.

She works closely with boards, executives, and operational leaders, coaching them to own their role in the change journey and embedding outcomes built to last. Her approach combines strategic communication and stakeholder engagement with direct execution capability across organisational design, leadership development, cultural change, and employee experience strategy.
