Kathryn Hutchins is a Partner in Hoffmann Reed’s Transformation Advisory practice, leading the Strategic Workforce Solutions & Operational Execution practice. With more than two decades of experience leading complex organisational transformation across health, disability, education, and financial services.

Her executive career spans CEO, COO, Strategy and Chief People & Quality roles, where she has guided organisations through major periods of change — introducing new systems, improving workforce practices, and delivering savings while strengthening quality and customer outcomes. Kathryn’s background includes leading large multi-site operations with experience in major company transformation programs. Having worked in organisations with varied ownership structures from - private founder led, listed entities (internationally and ASX) and private equity owned, Kathryn has worked at the executive level leading both strategy and operational execution.

Kathryn holds a Master of Labour Law and Relations. She currently serves on the board of Eating Disorder Families Australia, advocating for carers and community voices in national health policy.
